We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Grants Assistant
Location: Abuja
Requirements
Essential:
- Financial or Accounting University Degree
- 3 years of experience in Grants administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience of supporting grants and internal stakeholders / external partners management
- Experience of working as part of a successful team/function
- Demonstrable experience in interpreting donor budget
Desirable:
- Experience of working in a full cost recovery project and international NGO
- Experience of operating in a complex, multi-cultural context
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality at all time
Role Specific Skills:
- Grant management skills
- Skills in managing relationship with sub grantees and other external stakeholders
- Time management skills
- High proficiency in the use of MS office tools (intermediate excel skills)
Remuneration
N6,154,368 / Annum

Role Specific Knowledg and Experience
The successful candidate will need to possess the following requirements:
- Relevant work experience in a Business Development Manager role
- Demonstrable experience to sustain and/or grow a product/service in line with strategic priorities for income and impact
- Experience collecting and analyzing client/stakeholder feedback
- Takes a pro-active approach to identifying ways in which service can be improved, and takes these forward
- Essential Requirements: Role holder must have existing rights to live and work in the country the role is based.
Desirable:
- Degree in any subject or relevant qualification
- Business development experience in the E&E sector.

3.) Senior Financial Accountant
Location: Lagos
Requirements
Essential:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience
- At least 6 years in a similar finance role
- A very detailed understanding of financial control processes applicable to Commercial and/or Charitable organisations
- Track record of managing key finance function in international / multinational organisation in similar context; and leading an efficient, innovative and result oriented team
- Able to relay complex financial information in an easy-to-understand way to support non-financial managers to deliver against financial performance indicators
- Experience of managing a diverse team or group of stakeholders in multiple locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience of an ERP system (SAP preferably).
Desirable:
- Experience working with the Big 4 audit firm
- Master’s degree
- CFA, CGMA, CIMA, CITN
- Deliver and support the implementation of stringent financial requirements to multi-disciplinary internal staff and external partners
- Direct experience of applying financial controls and procedures within complex and high-risk operating environments to meet challenging contractual standards
- Demonstrable experience of thinking creatively to design / redesign business processes to make measurable step-change efficiency gains
- Experience of overseeing, supporting and significantly improving financial management capability and performance of individuals and teams outside of formal / direct line management control.
