NYSC – Congratulations for a Successful Mobilization into the National Youth Service Corps, we wish to inform you that the 2022 NYSC Batch “B” Stream I Orientation Course commences on Wednesday 15th June, 2022 you are advised to print your Call-up Letters, read the instructions and adhere to them strictly.
All the 2022 Batch B Stream I prospective corps members that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) portal for printing of call up letters will be enabled from Sunday 12th June to Wednesday 15th June, 2022.
Prospective Corps members are expected to log on to the NYSC Portal to commence printing of their Call-up letters immediately.
Prospective Corps Members that did not make payment during online registration are to start collection of the Call-up Letters from their respective institutions of graduation

The National Youth Service Corps has said the Call Up Letters for Prospective Corps Members that will participate in the 2022 Batch ‘B’ Orientation Course will be available on Sunday.
NYSC Director General, Brigadier General Muhammad Kaku Fadah disclosed this during a webinar jointly organized by the NYSC and Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) as part of efforts to sustain the safe conduct of Orientation Exercises.
He said though there is a decline in COVID-19 cases worldwide, there is the need “not to let down our guards until the disease is totally eradicated”.
Fadah added that the Scheme has made adequate preparations to ensure the safety of all Camp participants across the 37 Camps nationwide.
He said since the post-lockdown resumption of Orientation Courses, the Scheme has adopted strict compliance with all safety guidelines before, during and after the exercises.
He enjoined all Prospective Corps Members to ensure strict compliance to all established safety protocols in camp.
The Director General used the webinar to advise all Prospective Corps Members to be security conscious, especially when travelling to their States of deployment.
“You are strongly advised to board vehicles at only officially designated motor parks. You must also avoid night journeys at all cost”, Fadah said.
In his contribution, the Director General of National Centre for Disease Control, Dr Ifedayo Adetifa said all Prospective Corps Members including other camp participants must undergo the COVID-19 test, and only those that test negative will be admitted to the Camps.
He stated that in the event of any positive result, arrangements have been made with the NCDC and State Health officials for the cases to be handled in designated treatment Centers outside the Orientation Camp.
Adetifa said the NCDC would continue to practise and demonstrate preventive measures against COVID-19.
He added that no single death has been recorded in any NYSC Orientation Camp since the outbreak of the pandemic in Nigeria till date.
The NCDC Project Lead for Safe Camp Re-opening, Dr Ladun Okuromade in her contributions said every part of the country has been affected by COVID-19.
She advised the prospective Corps Members to utilise the opportunity of the NYSC Orientation Course to complete their COVID-19 vaccination.
She said COVID-19 screening is compulsory while COVID-19 vaccination is optional.
“COVID-19 is still with us and we need to ensure strict compliance.The NYSC/NCDC Guidelines for a safe opening and smooth running of the camp would be maintained in all NYSC Orientation Camps nationwide”, Okuromade said.
NYSC Call Up Letters Printing Procedures & Guidelines for Batch “B” 2022 | Stream II
- Prospective Corps Members are to visit the NYSC Portal via http://portal.nysc.org.ng/
- Select the Login here icon (https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc2/ResumePayment.aspx)
- Login with your registered email and password.
- Click on ‘Print Call Up Letter’ link to access and print your call-up letter.
- NB: If you cannot print your Call-up letter, you might be posted to other subsequent batch/stream
- 2022 Batch ‘B’ PCMs are encouraged as a matter of priority to be immunized against cerebrospinal meningitis before reporting to camp.
- PCMs are not allowed to come into the camp with vehicles, motorcycles and bicycles.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: NYSC has a feature on your dashboard, “View Deployed State Guide” . It gives you insight and basic information on your State of Deployment.

NOTE: Ahead of the ahead of Commencement of the Orientation Exercise. Prospective Corps Members both Local and Foreign Trained Graduates are to take note of the following below:
i. Persons who studied in Nigeria should bring to camp: Degree/HND Certificates or Statement of Results, Personal Identity Card from Institution of graduation.
Foreign graduates should bring for verification, original copies of ALL their uploaded credentials and travel documents including International passport.
ii. Foreign graduates are to ensure that academic paper(s) in Languages other than English must be translated into English accordingly; both versions must be presented for verification at the camp.
iii. Medical/veterinary Doctors, Dentists, Pharmacists, Optometrists, Physiotherapists Nurses and Public Environmental Health graduates should bring their professional licenses or certificates of full registration issued by their professional bodies.
All 2022 Batch “B” Stream I Prospective Corps Members should take note of the following update on the NYSC Call-up Letter.
i. Anyone who fails to report for service in the service corps as directed in his or her Call-up Letter and/or refuses to make himself or herself available for service in the service corps shall be prosecuted in line with the provisions of Section 13 sub-section 1(a) and (b) of the NYSC Act, Cap. N84, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
ii. Also, anyone who is not eligible to participate in the service corps or has been duly issued with a Certificate of National Service or Certificate of Exemption, but so participates or attempts to so participate shall be prosecuted in line with Section 13 sub-section 2(a) and (b) of the NYSC Act, Cap. N84, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
