Crossover Microfinance Bank Limited was first incorporated under the name Pacific Savings and Loans Ltd in 1992. With a new focus and team in 2010 the bank was later rebranded Crossover Savings and Loans Ltd aka Crossover Mortgage Bankers. With the ever growing financial need in the retail sector and with new investors, Crossover remodeled its operations from mortgage to microfinance in 2014 to empower micro and small scale businesses in the retail sector. It commenced full scale microfinance operations in March 2016. Crossover Microfinance Bank Ltd is duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and certified by NDIC with a paid up capital of N450 million. We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Loan Officer / Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- To sell all bank products to the specified target customers/segments and meet monthly targets.
- To contact potential customers and convince them about the bank’s product offerings.
- Major accountability for a Relationship Officer is to ensure that business is solicited as per the bank’s guidelines/process.
- To ensure that prospects are clearly communicated about the bank charges/terms and conditions.
- To ensure “Know Your Customer” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to.
- Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to.
- To ensure that no customer application is misplaced and is kept in safe custody.
- To ensure that code of the conduct as per the bank’s policy is adhered to.
- To ensure that all the documents provided by the customer for completing the card applications are duly checked and forwarded to the relevant bank officers.
- Customers satisfy all criteria required of the desired customer profile as outlined by the bank.
Requirement
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification.

2.) Internal Control Officer
Location: Lagos
Salary: N60,000 monthly.
Job Description
- Daily check of call over of all books of account to ensure that is free from all errors
- Reconciliation of cash book and cash collateral (security deposit) GL on bank one.
- Reconciliation of passbook, collection sheet and bank one
- Reconciliation of HMOs with loans disbursed
- Reconciliation of loan disbursed on bank one and loan withdrew ( GL )
- Ensure compliance with all the bank’s operational policies
- Daily check of cash book and verification of all branch expenses
- Preparation of Compliance and Internal Control Reports
- Checking of loan forms and verification of clients’ details after disbursement
- Pay a random visit to the client site for account reconciliation
- Daily review of petty cash book
- Ensure daily treatment of any exceptions on branch operational activities
- Ensure quality portfolio management including but not limited to group visitation, monthly branch audit ROs portfolio, loan appraisal reviews and loan monitoring.
- Regular review of the Branch’s Portfolio at Risk (PAR) in conformity with the bank’s policies (PAR≤3%).
- Monitor the bank’s assets and identify any obsolete or idle assets for efficient disposal as may be required.
- Conduct physical verification of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) and monitor its disposal.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as may be assigned by the Head, Internal Control and Audit.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
- 0 – 1 year of work experience.
Salary
- N60,000 monthly.

Job Requirements
Education:
- A good Bachelor’s Degree / HND, preferably in a Business-related discipline.
- Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB), professional bankers’ certification (CIBN).
- MBA and/or other relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications will be added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience with at least 2 years in managerial positon
Salary
N120,000 – N130,000 monthly
