2.) Country Manager
Location: Ghana
Qualifications
- First Degree, preferably in a related discipline, and a Master’ Degree.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience of progressive responsibility for the property management function of a major multi-national company, preferably in the Real Estate Industry in Ghana.

3.) ELVS Technician
Location: Delta
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and sub-contractors and involve in design / review / implementation of all ELVS functions and discipline required for the project.
- Supervise contractors / subcontractors to carry out site works according to intent and the suppliers for timely delivery of equipment.
- Assure that the installations of ELV related systems (CCTV, ACS, PA, BGM, BMS etc.) follow drawings, required specifications and standards.
- Responsible for the site work implementation and documentation to achieve the project target completion date.
- Report to the Senior Manager of site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.
- Keep records and related data of site progress to maintain regular/timely update to Senior Manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily property requirements and maintain long-range capital improvements planning through regular inspections of property for damage, contractor effectiveness, and areas of improvement
- Work cooperatively with vendors and contractors, with tenant coordination, to expedite the completion of work, and prepare the team to respond in emergency and crisis situations

- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance.

5.) Legal Executive (Construction)
Location: Lagos
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as in-house counsel or legal practitioner in a law firm.
- Specialty in construction law is strongly preferred but not required
- Current knowledge of the construction industry including labor law, contracts, processes, methods, building codes, and safety regulations is required
