1.) Property Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
- Design business plans for assigned properties that suit customers’ needs.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner.
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants.
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses.
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends..
- Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Working closely with the Marketing and Services Manager to ensure high level of continuity throughout the core business.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations, tenders and sales displays.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 7 – 10 years work experience.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.

2.) Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities
- Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.

3.) Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the candidate would have to identify business development opportunities and prepare an action plan to achieve the goals
- He/she will possess a good understanding of the property management market in Nigeria.
- This person will be tasked to follow up on leads for property management business with developers/banks/investors on the ground in Nigeria whilst also taking the initiative of developing new clients of corporate industries.

Objectives of this Role
- Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
