We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Facility Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the organization’s buildings, ensuring that they meet legal requirements and health and safety standards.
  • Implement regular inspection in all facilities both within and outside the building to ensure activities are conducted safely and appropriately.
  • Execute open, close, and secure facilities at mentioned times and check for safety and maintenance concerns.
  • Responsible for the management/oversight of the facility, stewardship, operation, repair, and general administration of the facilities.
  • Maintain facility and records to ensure compliance with company standards and all regulatory agencies.
  • Interfaces with customers, contractors, or other departments to solve problems or provide advice; ensures safe work conditions for workers and clients.
  • Inspects work for quality and productivity, provides control of assigned budgets, expenses, or other task cost control; performs daily scheduling for assigned staff or facilities assignment assuring proper tools are available.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of B.Sc. in any discipline
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a similar function

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Own performance for Meta social ads, Google Adword, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads with accountability for aggressive CAC/ROAS goals.
  • Manage all SEO activities for the product set.

3.) Human Resources Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
  • Time and Attendance administration
  • Leave, HMO administration.
  • Manage employee filing system.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.

4.) Financial Analyst / Accountant

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  • 4 – 8 years of work experience with at least 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst.
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Management (FRM) certifications will be an advantage.
  • Professional accounting qualification ICAN/ACCA.
  • Ability to interpret financial data.
  • Strong leadership and Project management skills
