We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:

1.) Business Development & Strategy Manager

Location: Lagos


  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
  • 7 – 10 years of proven sales experience in business or a similar area that requires direct customer interaction
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to come up with creative solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level professionals and work well under pressure

  • Must reside in Lagos

  • Responsible for identifying and developing new client relationships in their respective territories through networking efforts.
  • Proactively and independently research and contact new prospects to successfully solicit new business opportunities.
  • Supplement direct calling on prospects by developing referrals from business intermediaries (e.g., consultants, attorneys, investment bankers, accountants, and business brokers).
  • Design, implement, and report on lead generation appropriate strategies/programmes.
  • Interact with project teams once new business opportunities and relationships have been converted to sales to ensure the appropriate fulfilment and management of these relationships.
  • Facilitate sales cycle success, and drive urgency.
  • Manage and update accurate account details and contact information of key leads/relationships
  • Participate in company projects that support efficient company growth

2.) Facility Manager in Residential Facility

Location: Lagos


  • Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Administration or other related Social Science
  • 5 – 8 years in Operations management (experience in the hospitality industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of facility maintenance processes would be an added advantage.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Industry applicable regulations, standards and rules, codes and safety laws.
  • Business knowledge, leadership ability and technical understanding of operations
  • Proficiency with PC, Microsoft office suite and working knowledge of industry specific software if any
