Responsibilities

• Carry out Audit assignments as assigned from time to time.
• Assist in performing audit of the various Business processes and sections.
• Ensure that standard techniques are applied accurately and consistently in all areas of audit work delegated.
• Prepare working papers in line with approved standards.
• Avail prompt audit reports
• Ensure accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
• Check, inspect and reconcile bank deposits and payments.
• Inspect, test and assess software and hardware systems for its success or failure.
• Study, inspect and assess, budgets, balance sheets and other related financial statements and records.
• Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
• Check and verify accounting books and records are in conformity with industry practices and corporate policies.
• Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines and generally accepted auditing standards.

Qualifications / Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting.
• ACA/ ICAN will be an added advantage
• Strong communication skills
• Critical Thinking ability
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ethical, Discreet and trustworthy.

Job Description

• Make or update travel reservation(s) for walk in guest using the online booking system.
• Create and maintain Guests/ reservation records.
• Resolve service matters in-person or virtually.
• Forward booking/traveling reschedule requests to the concerned unit.
• Announce arrival and departure information using the public address system.
• Assist with Guests’ luggage check in.
• Ensure Guests’ complaints and emergency concerns are escalated to the appropriate Unit(s).
• Adhere to all company policies and promote brand Goodwill.
• Promote/ Cross sell the GIGM online booking app and other Company products & services.
• Assist Guests that require special assistance to board or depart conveyance.

Job Requirement

• B.Sc / HND from an accredited/ reputable tertiary Institution.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and other related field.
• Strong Analytical and Excel skills.
• Sound knowledge of KPI development.
• Excellent communication (oral & written) and presentation skills.
• Strong relational and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of the balanced scorecard model.
• Creative and critical thinking abilities.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly
