We are recruiting to fill the following positions below.
1.) Logistic Officer
Location: Oyo
Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan site set-up to move labour, plant, and materials around site efficiently
- Plan internal and external logistics routes through the project phases focusing on separation of vehicles, machinery and people. Lay down areas and offloading points
- Responsible for all traffic management internally and externally, weighbridges and road network cleanliness.
- Manage installation of site accommodation and manage these facilities
- Create operational procedures and method statements
- Organize site inductions, ensure induction records are securely stored.
Skills & Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Social or Management Science
- 3 – 5 years cognate experience in Logistics

2.) Receptionist / Mobilization Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Job Description
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms and other office spaces
- Handling enquiries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Maintain visitors register (in and out); and issue visitor pass where required
- Welcoming all visitors and ensure they are comfortable and provide their needs in a professional manner
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties; and monitor gate pass for employees

- Inform employees/visitors about name and phone number of assigned pick-up driver.
- Advise the pick-up driver of the date and time of arrival, along with names of visitors/employees.
- Arrange accommodations for employees/visitors within company’s residenceor Hotel.
- Coordinate with Facility Service Officer to check room condition and ensure its readiness for utilization.
- Advise the traveler on the Hotel booking confirmation and thearrangement
- And other task assigned by the Supervisor and Head of Department
Qualification
- First Degree (HND / B.Sc) in any discipline.

Requirements
- B. Agric with 1 – 2 years experience and a proven track record of excellent performance as an Agronomist
- Agrochemical products knowledge
- Ability to speak and understand Hausa language.
