We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

1.) Procurement and Administration Associate

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • The ideal candidate will support the Head, Procurement & Administration in providing support for the various businesses by ensuring a safe work and conducive work environment and the provision/availability of resources and to enable the businesses achieve their goals.

Procurement:

  • Ensure a transparent vendor selection process
  • Research and evaluate prospective suppliers

Vet all purchase invoices:

  • Review all entity purchases in line with their annual approved budget
  • Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Review, compare, analyse, and approve products and services to be purchased.
  • Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Maintain and update supplier/vendor information
  • Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate procurement contracts.
  • Prepare budgets, cost analysis, and reports.

Vehicle and Driver Management:

  • Manage drivers and ensure policies and procedures are being followed, Verify monthly fuel consumption, and overtime.
  • Conduct spot checks on the vehicles to ensure cleanliness, proper servicing, maintenance and accuracy of mileage and logbook
  • Oversee the Preventive Maintenance schedule for the company’s fleet

Office Management:

  • Ensure operational excellence in external and internal points of the facility in line with the Group standard quality and excellence
  • Ensure 95% uptime of all office appliances and equipment
  • Ensure all lease contracts are in place and renewed/terminated as appropriate
  • Oversee contracts of all office equipment’s maintenance and ensure regular maintenance is upkeep.
  • Ensure storage manage and disposal of old office equipment/asset
  • Oversee office space allocation for new employees.

Travels & Event Management:

  • Ensure all travel requests for national and international travels including booking vehicles and accommodation, purchasing tickets and travel insurance, arranging visas, etc
  • Insurance – Oversee the prompt processing of all insurance renewal/claims and update records of all insurance policies & schedules
  • Inventory, Stationery & Consumables Management – Ensure Nil out of stock provisions for all office consumables and stationery
  • Ensure the weekly submission of tracker showing inventory and ordering levels
  • Maintaining appropriate inventory records for audit purposes
  • Detect and report on stock loses
  • Highlight low stock situations of marketing materials to the relevant units.

2.) Service Measurement and Improvement Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement strategies and initiatives geared towards promoting an inclusive culture of quality service across the businesses of the company
  • Design and create service measurement processes for use across the company
  • Promote service quality solutions using both internal and external customer interactions across various touch points to optimize customer experience
  • Monitor and measure all touch points and recommend corrective / preventive actions to close identified gaps from the touch points
  • Design and develop metrics that will support the company’s desired service culture
  • Carry out periodic customer satisfaction and service quality index surveys for internal and external customers and recommend improvement strategies based on identified gaps
  • Assist in monitoring and compiling performance reports on service measurement and improvement initiatives across all of the company’s businesses
  • Ensure stakeholder engagement on identified service challenges (i.e feedback from measurement reports and inspection of tools and premises)
  • Assist in undertaking, assessment and implementation of best practices across the company’s businesses to drive continuous service improvement
  • Develop service measurement matrix to capture critical service parameters across the company

3.) Treasury Associate

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adequate liquidity is available to meet strategic objectives and financial obligations of the country office
  • Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships.
  • Negotiate bank and service fees. Implement new bank technologies, products and services to improve cash cycle and simplify company operations.
  • Manage the disbursement and payments to vendors on behalf of the Company.
  • Realise optimum benefits for the Company in respect of idle funds and keep appropriate documentation.

4.) Head of Security Operations

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, planning, and implementing a comprehensive security / safety framework and architecture that covers all Mixta locations. This entails responsibility of security operation and coordination in the Company.
  • Supervision of Security Service Provider Companies in all Mixta Project Sites and locations.
  • Patrol all Mixta sites and locations, supporting the Chief Security Officer in the Supervision of Land Bank anti-encroachment measures and activities Ensure the availability of effective security and safety systems on sites for Employees, Contractors, Guests, Visitors and Company assets etc.
  • Ensure the implementation of Company access procedures in all Mixta sites, for visitors, contractors, guests, employees etc. Monitor CCTV Cameras and all Company Security gadgets in Mixta premises whilst ensuring they perform optimally and effectively.
  • Ensure regular maintenance of all Security gadgets and equipment deployed for the protection of company assets.
  • Liaise with the Hospitality / Leisure and other departments during Event planning to ensure adequate security in place thus preventing losses and incidents during such company events Conduct site security survey and vulnerability assessment on proposed company sites for events and other activities.
  • Liaise with HCM and other departments to coordinate pick up and drop off / Airport protocols for International and high-profile company visitors and guests and ensuring their safety all through their visit period in-country.
  • Organize and provide armed security personnel when required for escort services for local travels, Company event etc.
  • Continuous scanning of the horizon gathering information / intelligence on security related incidents Pan Nigeria and disseminate findings to relevant departments / management for quick decision making thereby reducing employees’ risk exposure.
  • Investigate all reported cases, breaches and incidents involving employees, contractors, visitors, or guests at Mixta Locations providing recommendations for implementation.
  • Submission of monthly security report highlighting all security incidents / breaches recorded in all Mixta Locations in Lagos to the ED Legal and Corporate Services.
  • Liaise with government security agency personnel and leveraging such relationships in resolving issues involving the Company, residents, and employees, where possible
