We are recruiting to fill the position below:
1.) Accounts Officer – Refund Desk Support
Location: Enugu
Job Responsibilities
- Receives and collates all Refund Application forms with ticket details as may be submitted by locations/stations/Customer Service desk and customers.
- Registers promptly all Refund Applications in Refunds register (database)
- Checks status of each ticket from the reservation system as to ascertain current status -if ticket is unused / partly used / refundable.
- Scrutinizes all Ticket Refund Applications and supporting documents as to ensure completeness of documentation and eligibility for refunds.
- Scrutinizes all Refund requests relating to unticketed transactions and relevant supporting documents to ensure completeness of documentation and eligibility for refunds.
- Updates Payment details for each refund application processed in the Refund Register upon payment of Refundable amount
- Responds promptly and correctly to the numerous day to day requests by the Commercial Team for confirmation of online payment transactions through the Paystack platform.
Experience & Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree or HND in Accounting
- 3 – 5years experience in similar role in an airline or Travel Agency.
- Working knowledge of Videcom Reservation System would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be Computer literate

2.) Quality & Safety Auditor / Inspector
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Performs Quality / Safety audit as per approved audit plan
- Monitors to ensure that corrective actions resulting from audit reports are carried out
- Investigates non-conformities and recommend corrective action as appropriate
- Performs oversight for routine checks in the hanger and other special tasks as when called up
- Serves as the link between the department/section and the Quality Assurance System and Safety Management System.
- Ensures thorough continuous inspection, quality control and monitoring to ensure that all maintenance activities are in conformity with standards and Recommended Practices and Procedures and in compliance with laid down regulation
- Maintaining surveillance of all work in progress and inspections required to be accomplished during the progress of work and at completion before aircraft release to serve
- Monitors compliance with and adequacy of procedures required to ensure safe operational practices and airworthy aircraft.
- Reviews and analyses flight data and reports any deviations as required.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physical sciences,
- An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) with Airframe and power plant, or Avionics type ratings will be an advnatage
- Minimum of 5 years years of aviation/engineering/ ground operations/flight operations experience with at least 3 years of work experience in Quality and Safety.

3.) Manager, Commercial Services (MCS); Head of Department and Member of Management
Location: UNA operational Base, Enugu
Experience & Qualifications
- B.Sc / BA, M.Sc / MA Marketing, Economics, Accounting or any Social Sciences or Engineering;
- 5 years requisite experience in developing and managing the commercial business of major airlines
- 10 years post graduation work experience
- Certification in IATA ticket reservation system, Videcom or Amadeus will be an advantage.

- Bilingual skills (working knowledge of French or Portugues) will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills

4.) Ground Operations Officer
Location: Abuja / Enugu / Lagos
Experience & Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- Minimum of 5-year experience in ground operations with reputable airlines
- Training in ground operations, dangerous goods, aviation security
- Training in flight dispatch will be an advantage
- Previous airline experience
